Voor de MMR–MSI-H populatie was de progressie-vrije overleving bij 24 maanden 61,4% (95% confidence interval [CI], 46.3 to 73.4) in de dostarlimab groep en 15,7% (95% CI, 7.2 to 27.0) in de placebo groep (hazard ratio for progressie of sterfte, 0,28; 95% CI, 0.16 to 0.50; P<0.001).
De resultaten lijken veelbelovend. Dostarlimab kan mogelijk de nieuwe standaard worden voor MSI-high patiënten bij endometriumcarcinoom. |
