Additional remarks Zorginstituut Nederland adviseert natriumzirkoniumcyclosilicaat (Lokelma®) samen met natriumpolystyreensulfonaat (SPS) op te nemen in een nieuw te vormen cluster op bijlage 1A van het GVS. Als standaarddosis kan voor natriumzirkoniumcyclosilicaat 7,5g per dag gehanteerd worden. De standaarddosis voor SPS is 45g per dag.
