Substantiation	Lenzilumab lijkt ernstige CRS en met name ook neurologische toxiciteit te voorkomen, zonder invloed te hebben op de CAR-T cellen zelf. Het zal daarom zeker bij hoog risico patiënten een rol kunnen hebben. Tocilizumab is ter behandeling van CRS en niet zozeer voor neurologische toxiciteit en wordt ook niet preventief gebruikt.
