In pre‑ or perimenopausal women, aromatase inhibitor endocrine therapy should be combined with a luteinising hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) agonist.

Substantiation Abemaciclib plus endocriene therapie had een superieure IDFS versus enkel endocriene therapie ((HR 0.696, 95% CI 0.59-0.82; nominal P < 0.0001). Belangrijk: in de betreffende publicatie wordt consequent een HR van 0.70 genoemd voor de IDFS. Dit betreft een afronding. De daadwerkelijke HR is 0.696.
